Main accountabilities include: Development & execution of annual by-country business strategy (incl. brand media & communication strategy, price & promo, joint business plans w/ key customers, etc) New launches planning execution (Concept sell preparation, Communication toolkit creation / adaptation, volume forecasting, etc.) Regular analysis of business performance Competitors’ activity analysis and regular field visits turning into actions On-going forecast build up at SKU level in cooperation with supply chain team Cooperation with DMI and Zone teams Annual brand budget management Area of responsibility - CIS countries (10 countries) Critical competencies: 2+ years of relevant marketing experience preferably involving close collaboration w/ trade Shopper / trade marketing experience is a plus MakeUp/ beauty marketing experience is a plus Strong analytical acumen Ability to operate in a matrix environment and manage multiple stakeholders Ability to operate independently within rapidly-changing environment Good command of Word, PowerPoint, Excel Ready to travel (~15%)
