The Insights team is driven to inspire the teams we partner with by understanding what matters to our customers, shoppers and consumers in order to develop outstanding solutions to real business problems and opportunities.Reporting directly into the Insights Manager your time will be dedicated partnering with the Marketing, Trade marketing and Sales teams, providing insight that will help the teams to develop growth driving strategies and activations that beat the competition. What You Can Expect Brand Planning and InsightsProvide insightful analysis that helps the brand teams to create outstanding, evidence based situational analysis that underpins the annual brand plans.Support the Brand and Trade marketing teams to set KPIs and monitor and measure all brand building and sales activation. Establish metrics that support the Brown Forman Growth FrameworkProvide actionable insights that enables the marketing teams to improve the effectiveness, efficiency and competitiveness of their brand building and sales activation campaigns.Collaboratively work across the broader insights function and in conjunction with finance analytics to join the dots and create the holistic business picture and powerful insights that gives our brands a competitive advantageBusiness & Brand Development & ReportingProvide rich data analytics (of both internal and external data sources), actionable insight and ideas to:In partnership with broader Insights function contribute into full market overview annuallyCollaborate with Revenue Growth Management and be the ARM tool champion within the Insights team.Be a champion for digital intelligence, working closely with the Integrated Marketing Communications team. Keep up to speed with the latest developments, tools and agencies.Support Insights Manager to lead the implementation of the new Global TrackerCo-Lead workshops to identify key findings, implications and actionsAssist in the management of Ad-Hoc consumer, shopper or customer research studies.Contribute into Category Development and Category Management based on Shopper deep dive knowledgeManage ad hoc research projects with support from Insights Manager What You Bring to the Table College/University (Bachelors or Equivalent); Marketing, Economics, Enterprise management, Statistics Years of experience in marketing environmentAt least few years of experience in data analysis (research agency, data analytics)At least few years of experience of working with research tools & data analysisQuantitative Consumer research agency experience would be a plusFMCG and Spirits industry knowledge would be a plus Advanced statistical analysis and excellent knowledge of panels and data analysis software and an aptitude for the manipulation and interrogation of databases (SSPS, Desktop reporter).• Familiarity with a broad range of consumer, category and shopper research and sources of data• Familiarity with U&
