Marketing Coordinator Swordfish Security Marketing team is searching for a Marketing Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting corporate marketing and thought leadership in operational tasks and project management. Responsibilities Team Coordination: Assist with the various aspects of the marketing team for multiple projects Create various presentations for marketing projects and meetings Facilitate communications with internal stakeholders PMO: Communicate across the team, departments and external organizations to coordinate requests and successful deliveries Responsible for taking marketing meeting notes, distributing notes and action items to attendees Assist to Thought Leadership Director with content tasks coordination and communicate with creative team in Jira Manage Global Marketing Programs Director’s calendar and assist with organizing meetings, setting up calls with multiple attendees Reporting and team visibility: Gather information for reporting and track status of current tasks and projects, including scorecards completion for Directorate Lead tracking for website inquiries Work on Marketing team visibility, maintain Content Hub and internal Workplace group Mandatory skills Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, coordinator will be in constant communication across the team and company Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple people/tasks simultaneously Knowledge of MS Office, MS Outlook, Atlassian Jira, Atlassian Confluence Nice-to-have skills Excellent communication skills and flexibility Team-worker and multi-tasker Bachelor's Degree in Linguistics or Marketing We Offer: Opportunity to work in a team of professionals Competitive salary level Corporate Medical Insurance Program English corporate program Opportunity to work remotely.
